College Access Plan Names Laura Zachar Board Chair

Zachar succeeds LaWayne Williams, who presided over the development of CAP’s recently announced five-year strategic plan and participation since 2019 as one of several litigants in a successful civil action lawsuit urging that the University of California end its use of discriminatory standardized tests in undergraduate admissions decisions.
