2019 marked the formation of the CAP Pack, a group of dedicated volunteers who assist with after-school programs, organize care package and letter-writing parties to support our I Heart College alumni, and hold fun and informative friendraisers – introducing CAP to their friends and communities.

We are extremely grateful to this dynamic group of individuals and to all of our volunteers. Their support is invaluable and allows us to serve even more students and families.
